These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and any towing, recovery, roadside, or related services provided by Badlands Towing & Recovery (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Services Provided

Badlands Towing & Recovery provides towing, recovery, roadside assistance, equipment hauling, storage, and related services across Southern Alberta and beyond.

Service availability may vary based on location, conditions, equipment, and safety considerations.

Service Authorization

By requesting service, you confirm that:

  • You are the vehicle owner or authorized to request service

  • You consent to towing, recovery, or roadside assistance being performed

  • You understand that certain services involve inherent risks

Verbal, written, or electronic authorization may be sufficient to proceed.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

We take reasonable care when handling vehicles. However:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues caused by vehicle condition

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from manufacturer defects, worn components, low-clearance issues, or unsecured contents

  • Personal items left in the vehicle are the owner’s responsibility

Photographs or notes may be taken before or after service for documentation purposes.

Payment Terms

Full Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance and agreed upon by all parties involved.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Debit

  • Credit card

  • E-transfer

  • Cash

Rates are based on service type, distance, time, conditions, and equipment required. Rates are not published online and may change without notice.

Storage & Impound

Vehicles stored at our facilities may be subject to daily storage fees.

Vehicle release requires:

  • Valid government-issued ID

  • Proof of ownership or authorization

  • Full payment of outstanding charges

Storage policies may vary by location and are governed by applicable Alberta regulations.

Cancellations & Refusals

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or beyond our operational capability.

Cancellation fees may apply if a unit has already been dispatched.
